In ever changing market environment, Ulaanbaatar Department Store strives to meet possible needs of our dear customers and provide them with high-quality product, comfortable environment, and offer them fast and friendly services.

 Our department store building is the first store construction in Mongolia furnished with modern high-tech equipment that meets requirements of international standard for such we were awarded with Best Construction 2009 title.

 Besides to our business activities, understanding our social responsibility, we aim to create as much as possible work places as well as to improve living standard and social status of our employees. 

 Since its establishment, UBDS has been working closely with customers and partner organizations. Listening to their opinion and needs, and providing them with every necessary advices and services are imperative for us.  Being reliable and gaining their trust, building long-term cooperation with them, and thus making our possible contribution to our country’s development are the core of our activity.

 Further, our staff, jointly with our clients and customers, shall strive to improve quality of our trade and service activities, respect our clients will, and adhere high job ethics and standard. We will work hard to be a one of the best shop and service providers representing modern Mongolia.
